Default JRSC help....

the bering on my alternator tensioner pulley basically blew up, so i got a new one. Its a part from JR. anyways, i have the pulley on, but i just dont know how to tell if im putting the right amount of tension on the belts. I let the car idle for like 10 min, but hav'nt drivin it yet. All the belts spin and everything seems ok, but is there any way to tell if you have to much or to little tension on that pulley>
