Default JRSC header question

Im running a jrsc on a b16,running no tune and 6psi. i have a full 2.5 exhaust from header back with high flow cat. Would it suit me better to to bottleneck my setup by trading my 2.5 crappy dc header to this http://www.hopupracing.com/meraststheac.html
from my buddies gsr. i can get it for cheap or wouldnt it matter much?
Also any header recomendations for my setup to make optimum power. Or would it be better just to run a high quality 2.5 race header?

keep what you have, get a higher boost pully, ditch the FMU and get a basic tune. that should hold you over for a while
