Default JRSC H22 best setup based on HT threads

Hi folks, I ve been HT reader for a long time and decided to join.
So let's begin with something particular.

Right now i have completed virtually all parts needed to build my JRSC H22 Prelude.
Reading through topics I've found RMCdaniels and geramy's very helpful as well as others experiences, and i wanted to build mine right- the first time with no trial and error.

So..knowing all JRSC heat/boost vs CFM's related theory
My assumptions are:
...to build a 300whp H22A JRSC

-CR - 10.0 or 10.5
-injectors - New Bosh 1000cc saturated ( much cooler )
-Automatic SC belt tensioner (ref. to rmcdaniels observations )
-JRSC ported, rotors recoated with HPF3 for reduced heat transfer
-9psi pulley
-Meth injection
-Larger TB
- Kami header
- good flowing head

I need you suggestions on what to get.
I already own :

ported JRSC,
Meth injection,
MSD ignition with BC2,
sparkplugs DENSO IK27,

all new seals,
Prelude Type S intake manifold with TB
kamikaze header, ( already in place )
2,5" catback, ( already in place )

DSS axles stage 2,9,
Eagle Rods,
ACL bearigs,
Hondata s300,
EGT, boost gauges

Ingalls torque damper
Walbro fuel pump
B&M FPR , B&M FP gauge
B&M oil cooler, low temp thermoswitch
Fidanza flywheel ( already in place )
OBX custom reinforced LSD ( already in place )

What important things schould i get to fullfill possibility of hitting close to 300whp?

-What exact size is 9psi pulley ( is it blower or alternator pulley? )
-What clutch would you recommend ( almost no track usage )

Your suggestions on belts and 'tiny things' are more than welcome.
I'd like to learn on others experience.

Thanks

Or you could save a ton of money.....

2.5" catless exhaust
Lovefab 4-2-1 header (custom)
JRSC
motorvations 9psi pulley
AEM intake
Big injectors (ID 1000's)
Walbro 255
Regulator...
E85
all equals

so all the other stuff is overrated - not saying his car will stay together but it made 300.7whp on a "mid" reading dyno...No correction..

No ignition upgrades?
truly a Nice one!

This E85 ..hmm, it has some methanol related stuff in it, do you think it schould replace the need for meth injection 1:1 ?

No ignition upgrade.

Yes E85 is 85% ethanol.

It ranges from about 104-108 octane rating vs 105-120 with meth injection.

Meth injection is good but truely unreliable as there must be a failsafe to protect incase meth injection fails at any point.

On an H with high octane fuel and a good tune 300 is not a very hard goal to reach...

I have this coolingmist trunkmount meth injection kit with status monitor..i know it is just a clogged nozzle detector...
Couldn't just use hondata s300 to work as a failsafe?( to retard timing when meth nozzle goes dry ) - don't know just asking
?

I'm not super up to date on Hondata (Just Scoobies)

I think - you could use an analog in as a failsafe... Using boost cut - but there would have to be a sensor of some type to indicate failure....

You COULD plumb your injection prior to the SC, but I've read that can cause quick failure since it plays hell on the rotor edges.. This would also make the meth technically less effective..

50/50 injection on 93 octane - would allow you to easily creep over 300whp on a similar setup - your torque will also be monster!

Newborn...

Meth injection before the SC is a question that noone seems to be able to answer. Some say that they are going to do it and then you never hear from them again to find out any long term affects from it.

Jsarv that is awesome, not only the power but that they fit a JRSC H22 in a civic! any more information on it? My goal was right around 300 before the nitrous and we are getting close, just might be missing something as we arent used to superchargers.

thanks geramy

geramy, i am going to find out how it goes wth meth.
i think that spraying meth/water mixture before the blower won't harm rotors in any way ( how possibly )

Reading through your posts and others - it shows that JRSC just loves stock compression - and you have as i can remember - arias 9.2 CR . I think that this may be the biggest power robber in your case

no i have stock compression pistons. I think my clutch was slipping and robbing me of some power, could only make two runs before it heated up to the point where it wouldnt hold at all

I thought that arias didn't make 10.0 pistons?
On temperature side i am wondering what would it be like to run this liquid thru intake manifold and engine.
http://www.novacoolfire.info/
i found this interesting

This liquid doesnt absorb heat - it just takes it away in some sci-fi secret way

what do you think?

Have a thread on page 2 or 3 with a ton of pictures....

It walks a 350/350 WRX from 60-100 (lacking traction too )

I personally would not run any sort of water/meth pre- supercharger - however I'd consider running it downstream.

Don't cheap out and pick up some Injector dynamics 750/1000 cc injectors (depending on what fuel you run)

For some reason the H in the Civic seems to take as much timing as was thrown at it...

MBT was near 38* advanced and 38* was ran on the dyno with no problems (9psi of boost)

Was detuned to 30* advanced for DD and still made 280whp... and 250wtq.....

The better the fuel the better the results...

Yeah.

Jerod, thanks, right now the fuel in colorado isnt e85, its some winter blend e70 or some crap like that. Hopefully when we get some good fuel and the new clutch in it will make more power.

and then I always have the 125shot of nitrous I havent used yet
