Re: JRSC on a EF with b16a (iwhichisme)
it all depends on whats in back of the intake manifold.. what manifold do you have on the car right now? if its similar to the 00 si manifold in length/height then you need about an inch past the manifold, and lots of space under it to house the blower.. if you can get any pics of your car without the intake manifold on it, it would be alot easier to tell for sure.. i think the only honda/acuras that cant fit one would be the 92ish integras because of the brake master being in the middle instead of off to the side..
btw, im selling a JRSC for a b16a (from a 00si) $1850. the blower was just remanufactured (0 miles!) by magnusen (due to a gear failure) with new rotors, bearings and gears

I have seen b16a EF with the JRSC, there were no fitment problems at all. The car really seemed to haul some ***. This was at street races, so I cant really give you a time slip, but he was hanging with 12sec car...he was on slicks.

Re: JRSC on a EF with b16a (boosted hybrid)
I have done both a Gsr in an EF with the JR and a B16a into an Ef with the JR. Both times I have used the HCP Engineering mount kit. http://www.hcpengineering.com
There was about 3"s to clear on the firewall and about 1.5" on the clearance of the master cylinder. Talking to Locash a while back, I know that with the Hasport kit, the blower didnt clear the master cylinder and booster. I dont know what they have done since then. Brian should know that answer though. My car at 13psi ran 12.7s on street tires, spinning most of the way down the track. It put around 300 whp. On the b16a into the ef, again it cleared fine and put down 185 whp. Both of these cars were with just header and cheap exhaust.
