Default JRSC in an EF?....

Hey guys, been searching around to see if anyone has dropped in a JRSC in an EF Civic. So far I can't find hard evidence of anyone who actually has done this. Plenty of CRX's. I skimmed through a few pages of that LONG Supercharger thread but started to go crazy.

I'm looking to start an EF project and want to think way ahead to the future and swap an engine in that will be most conducive for supercharging on down the line.

Thanks guys.
Van

You mean with a b series swap or using the d16a6? If the d series I am running one know along with many many people. Success with these things depends on tuning and dropping the FMU. Now b series I have also seen those and you can get motor mounts so it will clear the fir wall or you manually massage it!

I was hoping to do a B series swap, I'm basically looking for more low end torque than big horsepower. Plus if I put this in an 88-91 civic, I'd like to go with an easier swap (keeping it OBD0) and I'm also trying to keep it "cheap" relatively as I'd be on a budget. So I'm thinking B18A1. What is on your's?

Thanks,
Van
