Default JRSC & Comp. Ratio

I want to swap an USDM ITR engine into my EG sometime in the future and I was considering a JRSC. My qesution is: What is the high compression I could run without problems??? I'm leaning towards stock but I could be wrong. Thanks for any help.

PS - I DID A SEARCH

depends on the strength of your internals, if you sleeve the block or not, block gurdle (not spelled right), etc...but most of all TUNING AND FUEL DELIVERY
