JRSC on B16B
I currently have a b16b and I'm looking at supercharging it. But I just have a few questions before I purchase it. First off, is this a good idea with such high compression? I'm in CO, so I've heard that the 6lb pulley will really put out more like 4.5lbs. Is that all right? Could I do more? I'm looking at rc 440s and Uberdata to tune it. Would I need anything else? Thanks

Re: JRSC on B16B (2-7offsuit)
You can supercharge that motor. We've done JDM ITR motors at 8 psi with Hondata. And also my old LSVtec with 11.8-1 compression, You goto know how to tune it,,,,,Or major ping!!!!

Yeah I'm thinking I'll actually do Hondata. So I should be able to run at least an 8lb pulley right? Even the 6lb is fine. I just want to make sure that it'll run safely without blowing up.

Re: (2-7offsuit)
You can run 8 psi , Like I said , You have to tune it well. The blower comes on boost so fast , tip in detenation takes some tuning out. My LSvtec ran great everyday , I tuned it and got it right on the money.
