The belt that goes to the pulley onto the supercharger keeps slightly sliding off, maybe about 1/2 an inch, and this really bothers me. I tried tightning the tension on the belt and it worked for about a week. Any suggestions? has anyone else had a similar problem?

Also the supercharger is on a d16y8.
