what about the splash guard? i'm gonna have to notch mine to make it fit. did anybody else have problem with the splah guard fitting on the teg. also what is the proper way to set the preload. turn it so there is less threads on the bar side or the lca side.

If you'll notice, the actual crossmember in this write up DOES NOT bolt up like those chassis's either. Those chassis' require a crossmember that bolts up from below, instead of between the frame rails like the 92-00 Civic and 94-01 Integra.

Here is a picture from JimFab's site of the Crossmember replacement bars for the Cable Actuated transmission cars that have a front motor mount attached to the transmission:

they are bullet proof and lighter than the stock cross member

does anyone know if the jimfab bars accomodate for this crossmember?</TD></TR></TABLE>

I would like to know this as well, it's important to us with the DA chassis.

For years, the DA (90-93' Integra) chassis has been left out by Z10, Jim Fab, and others.
It is time to take some measurements, put it on CAD, take pictures, to get the fab going.
Or if someone with a DA lives near them, that'll be great I would use my DA as ginea pig for you all, but Im in the southeast.

Although I was met with smartass replies and complete idiocy on g2ic when i posted up this information, I have a feeling the response will be different here.

after emailing back and forth with JimFab for some time, it looks like the DA bars from them will be out in 3-4 months. they've been overloaded with tons of custom work, and have begun the designing process.

edit: i'm leaving in a week for a nice little 6-month "education opportunity" and will be gettin plenty of funds deposited by the air force while i'm gone. i'm set on traction bars, just not sure of which brand....so you guys are the ones who are gonna check out and review the DA setups. I'm counting on y'all, k?
