On a side note, Javier had a mild stroke about a month ago, and missed a couple weeks of work, so things are kinda backed up. Usually the fastest way to get a hold of him, is if you drop him an email.

O.k. Javier returned my call and spoke with me. We clarified things about my product and that it is indeed complete and I should look for it sometime next week.

First off, I would like to say Javier is the nicest guys I've spoken with. They have had some trouble there with an employee named Pedro that has built 6 motors and all 6 have been returned and replaced. He is no longer with JG. The news about Javier and his stroke was news to me on this forum. He told me what happened and when he was gone that they hired a few people in to take care of the work load. He said he does most of the work there and that when he wasn't there some motors left without them being the way he wanted. Those former employees are no longer with him.

My motor is being built by JG himself and he stands by his product. I feel more secure finding out the whole story straight from the horses mouth as Javier put it.

I look forward to running this motor!

Isn't that the way it always is when you deal with these companies.
We had bad workers so we fired them, we have good workers now so send me your stuff. We can do it right now.
B.S. if they had good workers in the first place they would do all they could to keep them.

Man, I miss a few on here because of school and I missed this topic! Well first of all I can not accept anything good said about Javier or Joey. They are shady people who try to take advantage of the consumer. You never hear any shop complaining about them, but they feel they can screw some out of state customer and get away with it. Listen I have dealt with Nancy, whom honestly told me that she gives Javier and Joey my messages and they don't call me back and I believe her! I have dealt with Javier's wife whom I threatened to cancel my credit card for the work on two blocks if I did not hear anything back, and Javier immediately I mean immediately called me back. Joey, I have yet to speak to that guy. These people are shady. I sent in my block and they immediately sent me a core resleeved B16 block back which is what I agreed to. First the sleeves were not pressed in all the way. We put a teraight edge and used a filler guage and I would have been blowing head gaskets all day. Second the block had been droped and one of the main caps had a dent where the bearing goes. Last but not least THERE WAS NO VIN NUMBER. He did not have an answer to that one. Never the less in order for him to satisfy me he allowed me to keep the core block and he would finish my block immediately. I told Javier I didn't want it although he insisted that I keep it. Hmmmmm I wonder why???? t Well that never happened, it took them over a month. I can go on forever but why........Here is a link to one of my older topics you might want to read and search through that forum and you will find more.

Like I said I could go on but trust me people, read my signature, you will get screwed by JG!
