Default JG cams any good?

I'll soon be turboing my d16z6 and am slowly starting to buy parts for the build up. I was wondering if anyone has tried the jg turbo spec. cam in that motor or other motors(any motor/cam really). I'm just looking for a opinions on these cams from people who have used them. I can get the cam for 220 brand new. I've used their cam gears on my b16 NA build up and the finish/quality was nice.

Or are there better cams out there in the same price range?

Others I've seen are in the $3-500 range which is still pretty reasonble, but tom @ camp1320 says these are just as good of a cam, and made from the same materials as other higer priiced cams(unlike obx billet junk).

can anybody reccomend another cam then since nobody seems to know about these. Are the zex/comp cams any good, I've seen/heard of few people using those.
