Default jackson blower

what are the advantages and disadvantages of a jackson supercharger on a 98 ex motor? what are some good internal or bolt on upgrades to make it more reliable. this is a daily driven car and is not gonna be raced. well mybe once or twice but not like every week at the runs. this motor is in a 95 hatch. any info is appreciated.

if you dont care to race or have power on demand, why not get nitrous oxide? or otherwise known as "NAAWWWWWWSSSSS!" A 50 shot and you'll be doing fine on your occasional runs... but while you drive around town there will be no extra stress on the motor like with a blower or a turbo. I personally have blown away quite a few turbo cars... but I am in CA so I probably raced a bunch of smog legal turbos... but if it aint about smog, get a turbo or NAWWWWWWSSSSS. ZEX 55shot will work fine.
