uh..I belive its a stage 3...the turbine is for a GSR....how do you tell?

I haven't given the dump tube thing much thought...I thought it'd be cool just to leave it loose so that I could easily unbolt when doing a dyno...but after careful thought...I might use JD weld??? not quite sure about the heat threshhold though...I also thought about tightly wrapping thermal wrap to keep it in place..

by the ...anyone know the donut size (in mm) for the down pipe...?

forget the JB weld on those pipes, the stuff crumbles to pieces in about an hour of the heat at full temp. like I said, you can find high temp ceramic adhesives like I got that do the trick!

I have a down pipe for a GSR...does anyone know if this will mate up to a JDM cat for an ITR?

stock GSR DP is 2". I had my FMax made to 2.25". That is the largest they would make mine.
