Default ITR TB for boosted Si

My friend has a ITR intake manifold that he is gonna hook me up with. Will there be any power gains from this? I have an Si with built motor and about 10lbs of boost. I really dont want to mess with taking my manifold off and swapping on the ITR one if it is not gonna be beneficial. It doesnt have a TB on it. I want to get a TB for it, which TB would match up perfect. Would a 64 or a 62 MM TB match up perfect? What brand would be best? Thanks

Any opinions on this? I think that BBK makes a 62 mm TB, so maybe that would be the correct match to the ITR IM. I dont want to get one to large. I really dont want to port match. I would like to find one that matched up evenly. Thanks

itr manifold has a 64mm opening for the 62mm itr TB in order to prevent reversion.
You can go with either a 62 or 64 and you'll be fine.
