Default isnt crome and uberdata standalone

Isnt crome and uberdata a standalone system or are they considered piggy backs i just want to know what its considered. Tell me what would be a full standalone system for my crx.

There not really either, they are programs used to change the setting on the factory ECU.

They are rom editors not a stand alone or a piggy back.

A standalone system would generally be something like an AEM EMS, Motec M4, Autronic SMC, Megasquirt, etc.

A stock ECU correctly programmed with Crome/Uberdata/Hondata/Neptune/etc is suitable for 95% of what people want to do with their motors.
