Weld the flapper door shut (assuming you left it in there).

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by VTC_CiViC &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Weld the flapper door shut (assuming you left it in there).</TD></TR></TABLE>

Is that all you need to do to convert a internal wastegae to an external setup?

is it a 5 bolt flange with a 3 or 4 bolt section where the downpipe bolt to? thats how my T3 came i had my uncle make me a 5 bolt flange that blocked it off so i didnt have to weld that way i can try and sell the internal wastgate parts...I went external from the beginning, that works real well though....better than welding ****
