"Jetting"? Makes me wonder if they're talking about carbs and not EFI. And if so, then I'm assuming naturally aspirated, rather than force induction.

Not really. You can boost a carb. For boost obviously you want it to be on the rich side. Jetting is just refering to air fuel ratio. But I understand what you mean.
