Intercooler piping question
Ok, so I got this piping from my friend and he said that it was ordered for a 97 civic, which he had. Now I have a 96 and pretty sure everything is the same as his, but this piping isn't going through as it is supposed to. Am I supposed to be doing modifications with this or what? I have looked up piping for my car and I have seen some just like this, but have also seen some that have 2 180 degree bending pipes, which are 2 of the 8 pipes of that kit, but this has it's 8 pipes just like the other one and isn't lining up. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advanced.

Re: Intercooler piping question
get a refund! Or sell that crap.
theres kits that "almost" fit with less work then trying to make something work from pieces.
Also... when u do get a decent piping set up, you want to use the least amount of couplers and clamps as possible.
this is the cheapest one i can find where it will fit as close as possible, but still needs some welding..

Lol, I will have to sell it.. bought it off of a friend so a refund won't be gotten.. I will probably end up buying that kit that you just posted. Appreciate it.

weld as much as u can to where you still can remove it if you need to.
less couplers = less prone to leaks
If he's your "friend" then he shouldnt have tried to rip you off with these pipes. He knew what he was doing and should give you ur money back.
OR
you didnt buy it from a "friend" and took the ebay route thinking it would fit like stated in the description. either way, its useless garbage.
