Intercooler Piping help please!!!!
Does any one know where to buy intercooler piping or how did everyone get theirs without buying an actual turbo kit. I have turbo, dp, ic, mani, wastegate, bov but I need to find piping for a eg civic. Anyone know anywhere on the net you can buy ic piping or any advice would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!!

Try to find a shop that will fabricate it for you. You can get it alot cheaper that way..

That's the IC piping I did for my last customer 'DaX.' Painting is an option and they also come bead welded at the ends to prevent the pipes from separating under boost. T-Bolt clamps are provided with kits as well as high quality silicone couplers. Foot not included.
I'll need a picture of your manifold so I know where in reference to have the piping ran.

Jc whitney sells aluminized piping really cheap.. Only cost me like $120 shipped for all the piping to make my charge pipes.. Its in the exhaust section on their website..

project dc2 makes upper pipes for 75 with a flange or 60 without. i bought my upper from him. for my lower, i just bough 2 180 deg and 2 90 deg bends for 70 bucks shipped from http://www.speedpartsrus.com

I would recommend doing it yourself or having someone local do it. Each car is slightly different, especially if you are going with a custom manifold. By doing it yourself you will know 110% that it will fit. It is fairly easy and very cheap to do. I made mine out of JC Whitney bends in about 35 minutes (with the exception of welding). In the end I think you will be happier this way.
