intercooler piping help
were can i find some intercooler piping to fit my application who sells 3 inch aluminum tubing because burns satinless is to high anyone one eles make mandrel tubing and how do you measure for what you need
it doesn't matter if you buy aluminum through burns, or any other place. It's all expensive. I suggest using Mild steel for a budget, or Stainless for a higher budget
3" may be a bit big. Just get some 45 and 90 degree aluminized steel bends and mock them up in your engine bay. You can tac weld them together at first to make sure they'll fit before you completely weld the pipes together. You can paint them afterwards so it looks pretty. Aluminum is gonna be $$.
