intercooler and piping help!!

Default intercooler and piping help!!

Ok so im building a 83mm gsr in a 93 civic coupe and was wondering what intercooler and piping to go with to support roughly 650-750hp with a 6262 billet turbo... or should i just get a turbo kit? Im trying to keep the funds somewhat down ... any help is greatly appreciated

u can buy 2.5 in u-bends cheap. cut them up and make all the piping for probably under 100 bucks. if u have the time and tools. and u can get a nice intercooler to support that hp for around 350.. i always build all my own piping. saves money and its custom fit for your car and setup..

I want it to look nice and not blow pipes off over 25psi

buy good connectors and t bolt clamps.. ive never had a problem..

if u have room u could do 3in on the intake manifold side of the piping. and u should be fine. i ran 3in from throttle body to intercooler and 2.5in from turbo to intercooler.. made 680whp 27psi and 50 shot back in 2003 with a shitty turbo.
