Ok so i pieced together a turbo kit for My d16y8 and i figured the best way to start would be the intercooler so i pull the bumper look around bang on some metal act like i know what im doing then realize i have no clue were this freakin intercooler mounts too the size of it is 28-9-2.5 inches they have to wholes with threads in them on the top and bottom. the intercooler say JDM sport on it and i picked it up from Ebay from a place called Trendy Auto. AAAAAAA HELP ME PLEASE HAHAHA

 

With a 9 inch tall IC you'll either have to take off your bumper support bar or cut it to fit it with the IC.

yeah.. thats a pretty big intercooler. Unless you plan on running big numbers, you could probably use something smaller. You'll have to cut the bumper support.

 

I have mine tucked behind the crash bar..

 

I had to cut my bumper support to fit my 9inch tall IC. A good two hours with a die grinder and a cut-off wheel will do the job
