Default Intercooler fitment question

I've heard of many people puttin on intercoolers on hondas/acuras but I've never heard anyone say anything about the line goin infront of the radiator...don't know if every car has one or not but my integra has some kind of unmovable metal line that looks like it'll be in the way of the intercooler. Anyone know what I'm talkin about or know what to do about it? Sorry if this has been discussed before but I have no idea what the thing is so I had no idea what to search for.

Its the power steering line, it helps cool it off, plenty people removed it, some rigged it somewhere else for room, but remember if u rig it, then u would need to remove ur whole Power steering system

So if I remove it can I keep power steering? Do I need to plug anything or anything like that if I remove it?

what car? if it's a 94-01 Teg then just push the line...it'll bend and you'll have plenty of clearance even with a 3" core
