Default Intercooler fans?

I have seen alot of the mr2 guys running intercoolers in there truck with fans going to move air through them. Never seen anyone do it on a car with a fmic... I have been thinking wouldnt a fan setup on a car with a FMIC cool better over most of your speed range and keep a more consistant air charge temp?

Some of the fans they have out now can move ALOT of air possably more air then your avg car with a FMIC would see at speeds under 100? 110? 120??? Send me your imput...

the mr2 guys do it b/c the coolers are in the rear. id immagine you could do it, but at speed it would interfere with airflow. or i would think.
