Intercooler with factory fogs?

I was wondering if anyone is running an intercooler with factory foglights on ther 99-00 civic SI?

I would love to put my fogs back in my EG. Ive seen one car that had the APEX skyline core and still retain them....but I never asked what he did to get them to fit.

Thanks for the help I knew the clearence was going to be close. I just didnt know if anyone had done it yet.
