intercooler in a D16

Default intercooler in a D16

i have a '98 civic ex (d16y) and im gettin the GReddy Snap-On turbo (doesnt come with intercooler)
What size intercooler do I need for this turbo (piping size) and what size do i need the intercooler to fit (without cutting or shaving of the bumper)

y dont u just get a greddy intercooler to go with the kit...if not then a JRC 6in FMIC should fit pretty good without lots of modifcations

yea, the jrc intercoolers work great with our honda's, nothing to do other than jb the 2 tabs onto the bumper beams, or drill holes, i like to do bolth, esp the jb weld cause little bastards might trying ripping off your intercooler, plus why weld when a couple dabs of jb is fine.

of course.....going for full sleep mode, everything hidden including re-routed BOV....

and I'm going to use that JB trick.....I'm already nervous

no jb for my jrc...i used 3 of the metal braces and bent them to attach 2 of the lower bosses to the bottom of the core support and the top center one to the center of the coresupport...it's on there tight!
