Which Intercooler is Better?

They both are the exact sizes I need. the no name brand one being of a slightly cheaper price and not cast aluminum end tanks... But they both have the nice taped end tanks to help with flow. What would you say is the better buy?

I also was looking at the same two sellers on ebay and thought both intercoolers where nice and I also couldnt decide so bump cause I want to know to!
I am running a spearco bar and pplate right now but it's too small
