what is the maximum space i can utilize on my 1994 integra for an intercooler?

without cutting the support 6-7 inches high max like the ones supplied in bolt on kits. any higher and you will highly increase the chances of scraping the i/c on the ground when you go up drive ways.

but if you do cut the support i think 10-12 inches should fit. but its up to you if its worth it.

BTW i have a 26x10x2.75 griffin i/c including endtanks. i test fitted it to the top of the bumper support. the bottom of the i/c is about 1 1/2 to 2 inches higher than the lowest part of the radiator support.
