Default Integra turbo cooling help!

Going to throwing my turbo kit on my stock 00 integra GS the kit consists of
Edelbrock B series mani
Greddy 18g
HKS Bov
Ebay IC piping
Godspeed 3" intercooler
Custom 3" vband downpipe
3" full exhaust
Walbro 255
RC 550cc
NXS boost controller
AEM wideband
autometer phantom boost, and oil press gauges
Hondata s300 in p28
Competition stage 3 clutch
fidanza flywheel

Now my question is I have a half size dual core radiator i bought off ebay with a 12" slim fan, i just want to clarify that with the rad installed w/ fan as a puller will i need to get a 10" or 12" to put in front of the AC condenser to push air into it?

Just want to make sure since this is my daily and need it to get to work without any issues! Car will be retaining AC & PS hence the turbo kit is built to retain it with the ability to achieve close to 300whp and a good amount of TQ,

Keep a full width radiator if you can. I'm finding the 1/2 width has a hard time maintaining a consistent operating temperature. In the winter, it's 175 and in the summer it's 195 to 210.

Somebody had told me that the ebay half size dual core w/ 12" slim fan would be just fine but im confused as far as how many fans i will need/have. the only other fan i will need is the one for the condenser which i would get in a 10" and it would be used as a pusher ?
