Integra GSR Vortech Dyno results
This dyno was performed at Street Flight (www.streetflight.com) in Mesa, AZ. Here are the stats:
Temp: 66.56 Degrees
Max Power: 218.5 WHP @ 7850 RPM (I don't have a "soft rev" limiter and the shop didn't want to chance hitting the rev limiter and cutting the fuel)
Max Torque: 148.16 ft/lbs
Air Fuel: Bounced between 13.16 and 11.73
Check the dyno at http://photos.yahoo.com/qticconi the 95 GSR folder
It looks like if we had taken her to the limit, she would have easily topped 220 whp.
This is the setup:
"Baseline with Vortech blower/ B18C1 GSR, Timing at 16 degrees, Stock Cams, Stock ignition, Stock Exaust, Zex Plugs, Stock ECU, and no major tuning."
No where to go except up from here!!!!
Once Vortech produces the Aftercooler, I should easily see 300+ whp with proper tuning!!!!!

Re: Integra GSR Vortech Dyno results (95nBlown)
i think if u tune the air/fuel and get a bigger exhaust u should see well over
or close to 220hp
300 seems a litte extreme but it could happen and u may be the first
good #'s anyways
now post some kills

I wish I could say I was impressed... You did not mention boost level... and you are probably going to want some more fuel. Those look like JRSC numbers.

Re: Integra GSR Vortech Dyno results (VaporTrail)
That is what happens when companies like Vortech do their homework. In talking to their tech support staff, and they are the ones who installed it also, I am completely safe running stock timing at this boost level and possibly at a higher boost level once the aftercooler is introduced. I have been running this way for 2 months now.

Re: Integra GSR Vortech Dyno results (dustin)
Actually, in the same folder at http://photos.yahoo.com/qticconi you can find a JRSC dyno with the same setup as my own (ie stock). You will see that the numbers are quite different. Even though the JRSC makes more torque through @ 6000 RPM, how often do you race and see much under 6000 RPM. The torque curve peaks at around 6000 RPM and starts to go down. The Vortech is a mid to high end performer...

Re: Integra GSR Vortech Dyno results (95nBlown)
So you are taking their word for it?
I would back the timing a few degrees... especially without the aftercooler or any real means of fuel management.
2 months is not proof that they are right, it is proof that you are lucky.
148ft-lb of torque peak @7psi is a "high end performer" ?? It is definately a good start and you have better numbers than a JRSC, but I would get fuel and timing in check first.

damn, i saw close to 230 to the wheels on a jrsc w/8 lb pulley. i spent less money and saw a WAY better power/tq curve than any votech blower will ever show. sorry bro. try to sell it to some of your friends and get a turbo. lol.

What is this crap?
Re: Integra GSR Vortech Dyno results (Strng1dah)
Actually I have. I have even seen one run at Sac Raceway, making 270-280hp.

Re: Integra GSR Vortech Dyno results (Tomakit)
A/F Ratio is below 12 from 2500 rpms and up. How is that possible with no fuel management?

I have, but they are aftercooled. That is also crank HP not to the Wheel. The 117 increase is correct though. They are sweet...
