I dono when it started not sure but I did wash my engine bay a few days ago. Anyways Lately If I get on it or just randomly the car will bog for a few seconds until I like let go of the gas or something then goes back to normal. Now I have a Drag kit on my car and I am running on stock injectors and Im thinking that is whats doing it maybe there blown or something. But then I was thinking maybe when I washed my engine bay the spark plugs got messed up.... I dont know..

Any help would be very helpful.

check for moisture inside the distributor cap, and inspect the rotor since your in there

 

Did you cover up the distributor and stuff? PS: i've messed up my plug wires before doing this I drove my car and after a few minutes..sputter sputter lol.

 

i thought I covered the distributer up.... thats the thing by the intake manifold the yellow ish thing.... But didnt cover up the sparkplug wires. So Today i took out the blower and took out the wires and there was water on them DOH... mmm anyways so I blew all the water off it.

 

the distributor is where the other end of the spark plug wire connect to.

 

k thats what i thought... i covreed up the alternator... poop... do u think my distributer is bad if it keeps doing it or just the wires..

 

# the wires, take them off, undo the nuts on the distributor cap and clean and dry the cap and rotor.

 

Did you hose everything down insight? There are alot of things under the hood that I dont think should be drenched when waching the hood, some water wont hurt but you should try to stay away from monsooning it.

But like they said check the distip and like parts.
