Default Intank Fuel pump - troubleshooting

I have 255 high presuer in-tank walbro fuel pump.
What can i do to troubleshoot it? My fuel pressure isn't changing when my car seems to lean out for no reason..

what can be done to test it and make sure its in full operating condition?
