I am wanting to upgrade my AEBS intake to an Edelbrock Victor X one. Also I plan on upgrading to a larger throttle body. My question is would a 70mm Skunk2 throttle body fit on the Edelbrock manifold? And how much of a gain would I see switching manifolds? My set-up is Peakboost top mount w/ 66mm turbo, built and sleeved block, crower stage II cams and valve train, and 9 to 1 compression.

 

the TB will fit, you will just have to port it to the larger opening. i forget the opening of the victorx manifold, i think its 65 or 68.

i'd stay away from the skunk TB's as they stick like crazy and are really annoying. should see some decent gains from the IM

 

What throttle body would you reccomend? Would a 70mm be a good choice or should I go with a 68mm? Thanks
