Which intake manifold
hi guy im thinking swaping my stock intake manifold for my gsr head. I was wonder if the AEBS manifold is gonna be any good compared to Skunk 2. Whcih one is better for turbo? I heard Skunk 2 restricted the air flow is that true? Oh and maybe im gonna swap this setup (B20Vtec turbo) to my crx so in advance i wanna make sure it fit cuz i know the stock gsr mani is sure not gonan fit and the skunk 2 is gonan fit good but i dont like Skunk 2 mani.
So give me all ur opinion on AEBS mani. Thank you in advance

Re: Which intake manifold (HT Chaplin)
AEBS is good manifold, for the price.
its comparable to swapping in the Type R Manifold. For 145 bucks you cant beat it.

No kidding. Not sure why people choose the AEBs over the S2. AEBS Looks like ****, IMO.

Re: (synik)
victor x or bbk ssi both are reasonably priced, the bbk ssi is exactly like the victor x apart from that it has a 70mm plenum and the victor x has 65mm plenum, also from the two the bbk is cheaper, i have it installed on my car it looks really nice and performs exactly how it should.
Note:- the bbk manifold only works with a bbk tb because i had a problem matching my str tb with it and finally decided to sell the str tb and buy a bbk 70mm tb.

Man U FTW
so what does an average aftermarket IM cost? I have one on my car already but it isn't an Edelbrock or any of the ones people are mentioning....i just want to know if i got a good deal or an average one. I have an HP Racing aluminum IM for my GSR.....i like it NA so far, but hopefully it will be amazing on boost!!

probably the correct port entry..or the various dyno's of it making more power would be my guess.

Re: (Schister66)
I have used the AEBS and STR sheetmetal (like that HP racing mani)
STR was on a LS turbo setup and woke it up A LOT from 5k+
AEBS was on a 2.0 LSvtec turbo setup, felt a some gains all around. Nothing like the STR was.
My AEBS was a lot better than my obd0 b16 mani tho and was free
