Cut a hole in the plastic splash panel on the drivers side. You can use a knife if you don't have a hole saw. Be sure to eyeball the pipe coming off the turbo first, this will take the guess work out and minimize the cutting. The pipe runs underneath the windshield wiper fluid reservior.
Here u go
I just did mine last week
Use the BUmper Beam Support
On the FMIC there should be tabs to drill holes in or weld. Drill holes in it. U can use the stock HOLES from the BEAM as a guide and use as well
If u look Closely at the top beam. U can see where we kinda made the holes a little bit bigger. We used large screws and a big enough washer to make sure it wouldnt fall through
WOO HOO
No cutting required in the bumper
This is a 96 GSR
Good luck
Only took like 20 min to install
Easiest part of the whole setup

Got any pictures of the intercooler piping? Particularly the driver side from the turbo to the intercooler.

I will be making some custom piping and wanted to get a general idea of how they're routed.

The driver side is pretty basic for the integra
Its about the same bend like onthe Passenger side exept it Straight after the bend. Its does not go up. Then u have another small pice that bends up to the Turbo. DO u knwo what i mean?

i ran the a/c line (the one that sticks way out in front of the power steering lines) BEHIND the power steering lines. simply unbolt the p/s "loop", bend it out (the rubber lines allow it to move rather freely), and bend the a/c line back. put the p/s line OVER the a/c line and bolt it back to the bracket. worked perfectly. i'd post pics on here if i knew how
also:
has anyone cut the bumper support to allow the intercooler to set a bit higher? i'd like mine about 2" higher. right now the bottom of it sits behind the bumper cover.. probably not getting much air. anyone "notched" a support???
