Inside the turbo
I would like to know do any one know the name of the parts that is inside turbo cause i had someone told me to put the inside of a (Garrett T28RS Turbo Disco Potato) in T28 so can anyone help.

These are not "parts" of a turbo that you can save money by getting separte parts of the turbocharger and "swapping in". for ease of use of your time, effort, and money, it may be best to simply purchase the unit as a replacement for your t28, taking into account the housings and flange configuration for what you're trying to use.
If you must attempt to put one together, you may have to go to your Garrett distributor, but again, chances are you save nothing, when you can get the whole unit.
