Default Innovative Turbo

Hey whats up guys. I'm a new member to this forum and I already got a question. Do any of you guys use innovative turbo systems products. I'm familiar with their company because I used their turbo for my supra, and in my opinion they have the best stuff, but I want to know if anyone had used them on their honda. I plan on running their manifold and turbo. The supra has been sold (got to expensive) and now I'm in the process of building up my engine and boosting it. Currently I just have I/H/E. Oh my ride now is a blk/blk 99gsr 5spd. Also I was wondering if its okay to bore out the block with something like GE's sleeves on a turbo motor. If this is okay how much can I bore it out to? I want a 1.9-2.0L engine, but I'm not to sure, what do you guys think? I plan on starting the project in late May or early June. I'm still trying to figure out all the other stuff. Which valvetrain to go with, what company to go with to hook-up the head etc...I can use your advise in those areas as well. Thanks in advance. Bye.

I havent chosen the turbo set up yet. I like PTE too, but I have hook-ups with ITS and I can get a pretty exotic turbo at cost. I've been searching this site some more and found 2 manifolds that look good, full-race and the lovefab mani, ITS is going for about 700. Also do you know if it is safe to bore out the b18 to 2.0L with boost?

you will need to get the block Sleeved, check out: Golden Eagle, Darton, AEBS etc. they will point you in the right direction

and the FULL-RACE manifold is an awesome piece

I only use and recomend Innovative turbo's to anyone. The guys who used to work at the old turbonetics, when it was really good, now own Innovative turbo. I guess they didnt like how turbonetics was operating and decided to open their own company.

Innovative are the great turbos.
especially with the dual ball bearing technology.

When did ITS start making manifolds? Their turbos are great, if you can get their high end dual ball bearing turbos for a good price then go for it. I'm running an Innovative 60-1 and it's been doing great so far.

yeah they are pretty pricey units.... but the quality of thier products is second to none.
i have been running nothing but ITS turbos on my VW.
and the duall ceramic ballbearing section def makes a huge difference.
