i have emailed them and going to call them monday, but its saturday night so i figured someone on honda tech has run this. guy who i bought it from claims it fits 38mm which is total bs. he sent an elbow but the elbow is 38mm and again idk if the gasket will hold this

you know what you oughta do. google inline pro t3/t4 wastegate and see what people have put on that manifold. i bet 20 minutes or less of research would turn up something useful

42mm flange. Came on old innovative 42mm and turbonetics wg. Though they were the same pattern, there was no way to get the wg on, only by using a elbow.

A 38mm flange won't fit that manifold.

The manifold is old but new ones do exist

Just make a new elbow to which ever gate you want to use. That manifold is new, they still sell it now. The old ones were t4 only if I remember correctly, I use to own one.

you have to get a nice gasket and use locktite on the threads. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Upgra...Q5fAccessories

This is the gasket I used and it has not failed yet and it is going on 20k miles now.

as i said in your other thread. the wg bolt holes should still be m8 x 1.25. i didnt realize you actually had the big t4 manifold but that still shouldnt effect the wg bolt size.

you might get away with that modded 38mm elbow. or you can get a 45mm flange from inlinepro and have it added to one side of your elbow.

i ended up making a 45to38 flange which is pretty cool, just dont have a gasket for it, i doubt a 38mm gasket will hold but idk

I have the same manifold. I use a emusa 38mm wastegate and the bolt size was a little smaller so i just drill the hole on the wg bigger and put the bolt in. No issue at all. i use the 38mm wg too. I have no boost spike either. but i am using a aem tru-boost.
