inline bov

i saw a inline bov in a magazine, now i can't find it has anyone seen it or know anything about it? i think steep or sleep was in the name.

The magazine was HCI and the company is Steed Speed http://www.steedspeed.com. I went to the website and I didn't see any info give them a call and let us now
