You can only get about 220whp on that turbo anyway, so even Greddy 310s can work for that plug n play.

you cant tune obd2.

if your gonna turbo your car. get an obd1 ecu so you can tune it. along with a jumper harness.

and for injectors. just get some of the dsm blue top 450's with a resistor box. you can use a dsm resistor box, or the old da integra and ef civic ones. and youll need the obd1 injector clips for the injectors.

The wiring harness has nothing to do with tuning.

I bought saturated injectors so I didn't need an injector box. That works up to a point, and saturated 450's work fine. I'm currently using peak/hold 1000's, so I'm back to using an injector box. If you use DSM injectors then you will need to wire in an injector box. It just takes a few minutes with a soldering iron to wire it all up.

yea you can do that too.

as for the resistor box. i found its easiest to take the four yellow/black wires from each injector and solder them to the red one on the box, then distribute each one of the black wires back to each one of the injectors, order irrelevant.

Any OBD1 clips should be fine as long as they fit on the injectors. Any resistor box should be fine as well. I see them for $20 on ebay all the time. I usually keep a couple extra around just in case.
