Hey man welcome to Honda-Tech (H-T). Here is a good link to how to calculate what size injectors you would need. Injector size should be determined by max horse power not by how much boost you run. Different turbos will flow different amounts of air at the same pressure ratio. Take a look at the link and if you have any more questions just ask away.

http://www.robietherobot.com/s...e.htm

Also, the search link (the red link in the upper right hand corner of the page) is very helpful. Just remember to check the "Archived" box as many questions have already been asked.

And check out the faq's on the top of the "Forced Induction" forum. They have a lot of info that you will find helpful. Good Luck.

1bar = 14.5 psi.

Typically fuel pressure is regulated to ~43/44psi, so 2.97/3.03 bar.

The link gives a general guidline to picking injectors that goes somethin like this in your case........

(240 cc per min)/10.5 = 22.86 lb/hr

(22.86 lb/hr)*2.04 = max hp of 46.63 per injector

46.63 * 4 = ~187hp

Remember that these are ballpark figures. The 240cc/min will work but If I were you I'd just get the next larger size and be safe. Or get even larger ones if you are planning on making more power later (even with a different engine). It sucks to have to buy injectors AGAIN just because they are a bit to small. I said screw it and got 1000cc injectors.

the thing is that i want 140-150 hp for now until i got money for bigger injectors....tough pistons....rods....springs....camshafts...and so on...mu point is can i run 140-150 on stock injectors....till i say i need more power and change everything else?...thank you in advance dude...my car stock is 90 hp...now it is may be 100 with headers...AFR...COLD AIR INTAKE....generation...spark plugs(they do not increase power )...and half of these will be taken off....so 140-150 i too much for 0.4bar boost=6.5psi ...what do you think

I don't know what your tuning options are over there, but with a halfway competent tuner I would have no worries about running at 150whp.

However, don't take only my word for it, I haven't seen many boosted d14's.

Maybe someone else can chime in here and help out.........
