Default Injectors and Fuel Pump Electrical Failures????

Ok i relayed my FJO driver and Fuel pump to two different switchs....The circut is only hot when ignition is on...My question is how do i double check or gaurenteed that it wont malfucntion on me...i have experience with igniton, fuel, boost like cuts in the past...most of the time its due from ignition failure....but i recently pulled my head off to change HG and upgraded my valve train to higher seat preussre and notice that all four of my pistons on the intake side where the thin outter curve is, is chipped and knicked a little...so now i ahve to replace those...i was over heating and it caused my hg to blow...but its making me wonder if my fuel or injectors might malfucntion in high boost causing the "cuts" at a certian rpm making me run lean...sometimes the car's electrical system would flicker on and off...

anyone have any experiences on this??
