the siemens mototron only flow up to 60lbs/min which not higher than 700cc/min

the new bosch here flow 1000cc or probably closer to 950cc

I've used the RC 1000cc Saturated injectors in the past and they worked great.

any idea if Bosch is going to produce a 1600cc saturated style?

I've never seen an RC 1000cc Sat. injector, how long ago was that?

I doubt you'll see anything bigger in a saturated injector any time soon.

What are you getting at? They're a different brand, different flow rate, etc.

cool idea, definatly overpriced. Anyone can pick up a resistor box for dirt cheap & it really is only a few wires. Doesn't make a mess of anything.

I guess if you were lazy and and money burning a hole in your pocket, you would buy these.

Precision option seems like the way to go.

Do you expect that these will be offered for a reduced price without the adapters for people who don't need them?

If all you are looking at is price, then there are definitely better ways to go.

You don't go into a Lexus dealership and compare the cars to Kias.

Tjabo, i'll look into pricing w/o the adaptors. I'm sure we can knock a little off, but i need to see what the adaptors run by themselves. It's not likely to be very much of a difference at all.

Yes, the price is higher, but you can not buy another injector like this. Precision injectors do not compare to these injectors.

If I had the money, I would buy them in a second. A smooth, stoich idle is badass

I was just asking if the siemens mototron is the same design(other than brand and flow rate) as this injector.Just wondering if all Siemens injectors are designed/manufactured by Bosch.I know they are a combined company in the household appliance market but wasn't sure about their relationship in the automotive industry. No real reason just curious

Gotcha, i'm not sure of the relationship to Siemens and Bosch as far as that stuff goes.

As far as design, it's a fuel injector, they're really not all that much different from one another as far as design, it's more of the performance of them that differs.

I haven't seen the prices, but if it's cheaper than a set of RCs or equiv, resistor box, and your time to wire it in, then it's worth it. These will run better, too. If not, don't complain, just wait til the price drops.

I'm pretty sure RC has never had a high impedance 1000cc injector, i think that's a typo on that site. It's definitely a possibility that you ran a low impedance injector w/o a resistor box though, it's only a matter of time before the ecu gives up like that though.
