Kinsler has 200lb injectors. They also have some cool mechanical set ups.

It was mechanical injection and we are switching over to DFI instead because the mechanical injection wasn't as efficient as EFI.

It's not a top fuel car, its a top sports man car making ~3500hp. Top fuel cars make over 7000hp btw.

I will contact you all at work tomorrow, I need a set. I hope none of you are bullshitting about getting these things either... I need 16 of them not 8. The manifold is setup for 16, there is no going back.

Also, if you go back to the basics of turbocharging, bigger cubes doesnt always mean its a stronger motor.

Thanks for the help HT

Yes, the injectors are intended for propane.

That was actually the problem. The customer cant seem to figure it out so we made a suggestion. The picture of the manifold (intake) on the first page was what they first tried. Then they tried using the Hogan manifold for mechanical injection.. still didnt work. So the next step was EFI.

We'll see how it all plays out...

Mechanical injection with computers.. isnt that an oxymoron? I'm interested in the material if you care to share... you never can be "learnt" too much these days

Thanks again, I've PM'ed everyone or tried to call them today..
I dont know why my words get put in someones sig...

Merry Christmas BUMP

yea, I meant exhaust, not intake....16ga aluminum intake would look like a balloon after a pass down the track

Na it's not I'd chose a mechanical pump if it was more convenient quiet outflows the hell out of electrical pumps that are more expensive and outflows at high pressures or low vs electric pumps.

1st car to probably get one will be my DSM 4g63

Mechanical injection systems, not pumps.
