The tech page on RC Engineering's web site is a good start. Injector size goes hand in hand with fuel pressure. You can run tiny injectors like the stock ones and run insane fuel pressure (via an FMU). That is the most common approach in bolt-in kits and is generally not safe for the fuel system long term.
Before I switched over to a standalone, I was running the stock JRSC kit. I made ~175whp on my 2K Civic Si using the stock 240cc fuel injectors and 105 psi of fuel pressure and an annoying Walbro in-tank pump.
After I switched to Hondata and upped the boost from 6psi to 8psi, I made ~215whp using 440cc injectors and 50 psi of fuel pressure with the stock fuel pump.
440cc injectors will support about 250 whp at "reasonable" (say 60 psi max) fuel pressure.

Re: injector size in a boosted applications (Sonnyballs)
Well I am thinking about dropping a Turbo B290 into a 5g Civic or a Del Sol. and I am trying to find out everything that needs to be changed or upgraded.

oh ok, I thought it was something crazy. Anyways the size injectors you will need all depends on what you set up is. Built motor?? how much boost?? Are you going to run a fuel controller or stand alone?? What size turbo?? The best thing to do is have your plan ready, then go to the RC page and go from there.
