Default injector/rail/pump on e85?

like the title, what fuel rail/injectors/pump are you guys running on e85?

i have heard of certain fuel rails deteriorating from the use of E85.

also, would an aluminum fuel cell also react with e85?

stock works perfect...except injectors, youll need some big ones. and no, an aluminum cell wont "react" with e85. but the stock tank works perfect too.

I would think raw un-annodized aluminum would oxidize.

Many have used the stock rail, reglator and tank with much success burning corn.

I know AEM's Rail and Reg did not show any signs of deterioration after leaving the stuff in the system for months at a time w/o running the car.

Stock Fuel Rail, Stock Injectors, Stock Gas Tank, Stock Fuel Lines, Stock Fuel Filter, Stock Fuel Pressure Regulator, NGK 5's, and a Walbro 255 Fuel Pump.

I have been running it like this for over 3 years with out problems. (Yes, I have pulled off the fuel rail and FPR yearly to see if there was corrosion present.)

Car = 1991 CRX Si with a OBD-0 B16A Swap

You can do 500 HP with stock everything besides fuel pump and E85... it has been done many times before...

You will need 1000 at very least, and even they will start to fizzle at 450. Get the ID1000s, a weldon 0-120psi regulator, a walbro in-tank and 044 bosch in-line. Then go play. BTW thats my setup and Im going back to try and max the fuel system out this time. So maybe 550-580ish? Not sure exactly.

sounds great! i have the walbro and was already planning on the ID1000s and the 044. this is a street/strip car that rarely gets driven. was thinking about an underhood fuel cell. what do you guys think about underhood cells? seen lots of them on drag cars.

completely unnecessary, not to mention where are you going to fit a cell big enough to even allow you to drive anywhere without running out of gas? Your going to use roughly 30% more fuel in your tune and your MPG will show it accordingly.

We have 8 sec street Honda's using a gas tank in the back of the car.........

just get the bosch fuel pump and the fpr. and the 1000cc injectors. but they will be running out or steam around 450 to 500.. but it is all good.. there is not way.. you can get that much power out of stock injectors.. please don't listen to people on hear that say things that are not true..
