Injector question ! Please leave quick response
A guy is selling his "used" 450cc dsm injectors for dirt cheap and I want to get them if they will work fine with my B-series (b18b) as I go boosted?
(Keep in mind guys, I'm am not building a space rocket, just some simple fun daily driving action on low boost. In other words, my target whp is roughly 250.)
If you read this, please leave somekind of response so I can pick them up before anyone else does lol!
Thank you in advance!
I will probably have more questions as I go with this boost, and update my ride tread

Yes they will work, people use dsm injectors all the time on Hondas. You will need a resistor box but they're cheap. Like 20 bucks.

Just get a resistor box from like an OBD0 honda. You can search online for some makes and models. How much is guy selling the set for?? I've got a set myself that I need to get rid of. LOL If you're interested, just let me know. I'm not looking to make a killing off them. I always sell my stuff cheap.
There's a good thread somewhere too that shows you a clean way to wire up the resistor box without cutting your harness or anything. You just have to have the plug for the box and the pigtail to go with it. I did mine that way, and I had no problems.

There's usually a bunch of resistor boxes people are selling on ebay. Just start searching for one and don't spend more than like 25 bucks on it.

Maybe i saw but didnt pay much attention to it.
Is there a way around this with the dsm injectors? or is this just for any Injection upgrade?

Ok, so I just research a bit on the resistor box... So no need for explanations there... unless you would like to give your 2cents on it?
I understand the injectors have low resistance. and to make up for the amount of fuel injected, the resistor will control that? or trick the Map sensor ?
Aaahh!!!!!

Here this might help you out:

It specifically mentions DSM injectors too.

And here's what you need to know if you are using or going to use Hondata in the future.
