Injector Question please help
I have the oppertunity to purchase 4 HIGH IMPEDANCE red top 550cc injectors that came out of an RX7. I need to know if these injectors will work on a B18a and if I need to make any modifications to make them work like resistor boxes and such. Thanks

Re: Injector Question please help (Chris99SI)
It all depends on the ECU you are running. You need to match the impedance of the injectors to the ECU. Most 92-up ECUs are high impedance, which will work fine with your injectors.
To determine the needed impedance, you can measure your currently running injectors using the method described here... http://stores.ebay.com/Tuner-T....html
If you currently have a high impedance ECU, then you are good to go. If you have a low impedance ECU, your out of luck, those injectors will not work.
A low impedance ECU can only use low impedance injectors.
A high impedance ECU can use high impedance injectors, and can use low impedance injectors with resistors added inline with each injector.
Hope that helps.

Also, you'll need fuel management for the 550s, and may need to mess with the seals to get them installed. Always remember that force is not the answer.
