Default Behavior of DSM 450cc Injectors without resistors.

I'm wondering what would the behavior of Peak/Hold (2-3 ohms) injectors when controlled by a honda ecu (made for saturated - 12-16 ohms) if the injectors don't have enough impedence? If either no resistors were inline, or there wasn't enough resitance inline (something less than 12), what would the injectors do?
Not enough resistance, with a constant voltage, would mean more current, which would do what? Thanks Honda-Tech.

It would burn out the ECU.

It will fry the injector drivers in the ECU. Don't do it!

More voltage = more current which would slam those ******* open in a shorter time, run them extremely hot and fry the injector driver transitors in your ECU. Try it and let us know what happens.
