Default Injector question....?

I have a 99 civic Si boosted. I have RC 550cc injectors but they are low resistance. I do not have a resistor box and the car runs like crap. I am going to be running an AEM EMS but some people have been telling me that the resistor packs only work on obd1 cars and mine is...of course...obd2. Is there an issue with resistor packs on obd2 cars or have I been misinformed??

whats the part number on the injectors? is it sl### or pl###?
s= saturated, no need for box p=peak and hold and need it. if you have sl### take the box off.

They are PL8-550. So I need the box, but the fact that I am obd2 does not matter??

nah. unless it is a lude or accord ecu, and then i cant remember. but obd1, 2a and 2b civic and teg ecu's are saturated injectors. if you use peak and holds, you need a box.
